Anyways, with capacitors that have an amp measurement display on them, how do they measure amps? How many amps the capacitor is drawing? Or how many it's discharging..?? What exactly does this display represent??
Do you have the brand/model of the cap? Are you positive it's the current it's displaying not the volts? Usually, when a device shows current, it's the amount that's passing through.
