1 15" mtx 9500

or

2 12" jl w6v2

the mtx would be getting full power. the w6v2's wouldn't be getting that much due to power issues. unless someone can suggest a nice, cheap amp to power them.

i'm looking for the best deal.

go with the 2 jl w6's.....you dont need to get some nice subs like that and get a cheap amp to power them...you need to get an amp in the same price range or higher to compliment them...like everyone always says around here you get what you pay for

i already have the 9500. and it sounds pretty nice. and i don't want to spend more then 300 to upgrade it.

if i can trade two 9500's for 2 w6v2's, and buy an amp in the 300 dollar range to power them, then i'll do it. if not, then i'll just have to trade in one of the 9500s for an amp.

i'm thinking they'll both be about the same in volume, but the w6's will have much better sq.

right now i'm running my brothers amp. i've got the one 15" 9500 hooked up to his directed d2400.

but if i go to this place tomorrow, i'd probably get a hifonics brutus 1605.

that amp would work ok with the w6's since it puts out about 1100 rms, but they only really need 800 rms

JL 1000/1
MB Quart ra1000, both would work perfect
