I am switching from infinity 6012i that are 4 ohm speakers to the 63.7i Kappa series that are 2 ohm.
I don't know if I need to wire the speakers differently or re-wire my amp. On the RF P4004 I have two 4ohm speakers on the rear channel and want to put the two 2ohm speakers on the front channel.

I realized after I opened packaging on speakers that they are 2ohm speakers because they are basically component speakers that are packaged together, I mean the woofer and tweeter are wired seperate but connected physically. Thus the 4ohm coming from the amp is needed and split at the speaker. I think Im right about this at least...

ohms dont come from amp only speaker. wire the tweets and mids to crossover and then crossover to left(+,-) and right channel of each side. Just like your other speakers. Amp is able to run 2ohm stereo.
