Ok both systems in a s10 ext cab! using a pioneer HU and highs. And 4 gauge amp kit. Both will be in a Ported box set to 38hz. Each sub will get its own box.
#1- 2 12" Fusion PowerPlants, with a Audiobahn a8002T amp
#2- 4 12" Fusion Encounters, with Audiobahn A4004T amp

smitty - i wouldnt get Fusion subs. There are much better for the money. The audiobahn amps are decent if you're on a budget.

is there a reason you want fusions. not the best brand in my opinion. and alex, what are u talking about there wont be as much power with 2, he plans on using an amp twice as powerful for only two. 800w for 2, or 400w for 4. anyway, to throw some other ideas at you, try looking into kicker/mtx/jbl/rockford/alpine for amps. all more reliable than audiobahn and all pretty affordable. as for subs, try looking into elevation audio comp/ alpine type-r/ resonant engineering RE or SE/ eclipse aluminum/ cerwin vega v-max/ kicker compvr. again, all reliable, loud, and fairly affordable subs. this is all just my $.02

My vote's on the CV V-Max's! For a budget that is. The RE's would be nice if you have the cash, and Eclipse makes a good product I hear.

Personally, I've heard the Kicker CVR's...I don't like them :-(.
