Okay... not sure whats wrong here.

I have had one of the subs hooked up to the amp @ 2 ohms and it sounds good just for 1 sub. Today I finnaly filled the other enclosure space when I purchased another Type R.

So I wire both coils on each of the subs in Parallel @ 2ohms each. Now I can either run both subs together in Parallel or Series, respectivly @ a 1 ohm or 4 ohm load. All this correct so far?

Well, for some reason when trying to wire the new sub in either option, both the subs get really weak sounding as if they were recieving less power. I never had this happened before.

Whats going on here?

I already have it, bought it for $175 (the Visonik Visonik v918xd). Its rated at 1500RMS, probably a real 900-1100 though, takes 2 gauge wire and has 40A x 4. Not that bad of an amp, it costs $280 refurb on ebay.

Anyways, the amp is already bought. I'm just not sure whats wrong here. Its not the load, it must have something to do with the way I wired it.

Yes, here are the specs. Its a Class X amp:

Specs

Rms Power @ 14.4V DC

1 x 750W @ 4 Ohm
1 x 1000W @ 2 Ohm
1 x 1500W @ 1 Ohm

12 - 17V DC Power Input
0.2 - 8V RCA Input Voltage
Frequency Response 10 Hz - 350 Hz
Short / Overload / Thermal Protection
Bridgeable with second Class X Amplifier *

Thing is, either way, I tried to wire in both parallel and series for 1 ohm and 4 ohm loads.

That doesnt answer my question. For some reason, I have tried both options. Wiring both the Type R's in 2ohm and 4ohm loads...

I'l figure it out eventually.
