Need Diagrams for Bose radio in my 99 Maxima....I want to keep my speakers cause they kick...Would like to have pinout diagram to wire myslef...Any INfo would be great
Ouch, here's the problem: it probably runs from an external amp that will have to be bypassed.
The amp has odd parameters to make up for the unique design of the Bose speakers. So if it is bypassed, your headunit will make the Bose speakers sound like trash.
You can still keep the amp, but it won't sound that great without the Bose head unit.
Basically, if you replace anything in a Bose system, you will have to replace the whole thing.
If you want to get around it, you can, but it most likely will not sound better.
