Bronze Member Username: FrkkevinFort Worth, Texas US Post Number: 60 Registered: Nov-05 | Heres a good site for glass enclosures. http://www.caraudiohelp.com/advanced_enclosure_design_and_fabrication/advanced_enclosure_design_fabrication.htm I made one for my two 6x9s but it was nothing special. All I did pretty much was make some speaker rings and brace them, then stretch fleece over and cover it in glass resin. Then I used bondo for all the imperfections. There were tons because it was not stretched tight enough so I used a lot of bondo. Heres what it turned out to look like.. before it was painted anyway.  |
