Had this alarm installed at best buy. When the toggle switch is in the off position the alarm won't arm. It is as if there is no power to it. When the toggle switch is in the off position should the alarm still work? This should only disable the remote start, right?

It is in valet mode, I know that. I don't have a manual for it here, but i do have one at work. Read the post I just posted. I need help on my remote start =(
