New member Username: Sttracker04Post Number: 1 Registered: Apr-04 | At the moment I'm looking for another amp. I have 3 jl audio 12 w0's powered by a 500s punch. The problem is however that it only could power 2 of them and I need an amp to power my component speakrs (6.5" focal polyglass components in front (80 rms) and 5.25" focal polyglass components in back (80 rms) as well as 1 jl audio 12 w0 (125 rms). I'd like someones opinion on what amplifier I should get to power this please just post here or email me at pzervalis@aol.com I really dont know what kind of amp to get that is reasonably priced to do the job (looking to spend $150-200) |

Bronze Member Username: VipersbymsPost Number: 30 Registered: Apr-04 | i dont understand why the amp can only power 2 of the subs. what ohm is the amp stable, and what ohm are the subs, and are they SVC or DVC subs? like u mentioned those subs are only 125 watts rms, there should be no reason that u cant power all three of them with that amp unless u cant get the desired load for the amp. in that case id recommend getting a new amp that can and having another 4 channel amp. |
