Building a box for 2 12" Ultimate subs

They are only 150 watts each. and a 700 watt Ultimate amp. Anyway, i had 2 10" Jensens in a ported box tuned to 35 hertz and it sounded real good. How many square feet should i build the box for the 12's and should i seal it or port it. If ported, at what frequency would make the subs sound better at low frequency?
