I will first admit that I'm not exactly an "informed" person when it comes to this subject, so keeping that in mind, I'll ask you all for some help.
1. Price Range= About a grand or so give or take a few Franklins.
2. My car is a Lexus IS 300
So here's what I'd like to know:
1. The obvious- Which subs/amp combo is the best for the $1000 dollar price range? (I've pretty much gathered that one of the JL Audio subs is basically the best thing to do, but...)
2. As far as the IS 300 goes, is it best just to do the box set up in the trunk, or would it be better to have it installed in the area between the two back seats which is something like 10 inches wide or so?
