it is rated at 480 watt rms @ 4 ohm and 800 rms @ 2 ohms but it says- for comparison with amplifiers rated at 14.4V 640 rms @ 4 ohm and 1000 rms @ 2 ohm... what does that mean? does it really put out 1000 watt rms?

i have a e1800d pushing 2 alpine type r dvc 2 ohm and it sounds great except for a few songs it sounds like it does it not hit low enough
