Need help with crimestopper installation

hey guys im new to this im installing a crimestopper 2011rs IV in a 94 bmw 325si. so far i got the starter in everything else is confusing. i really need help with the lock/unlock and the lights. can anyone help me plz.

You sure picked a tough vehicle to do an install in when you're new.

well i have that, thanks. but i dont know how to set up the door locks. do i take the lock and unlock cables from the crimestoppers brain and directly connect them to the lock and unlock?

I haven't done a Crimestopper in a while so I don't remember much. If the Crimestopper can do a positive output then yes connect them straight to the BMW lock wires. BUT it must be high current output, something more than 500ma.

If it's a low current output you'll have to configure two relays. The manual should tell you something. Or you can always try calling their tech suppport for some help..
