is this going to be two separate boxes or one big box thats 4.2cuft?

one big box may be louder...try it w/ both subs on the passenger side and the port on the drivers side.

like this:

OO [] (sub, sub, port)

I am doing circular ports! 4" Diameter aero ports! One on the left side of the box for the left sub and one on the right side for the right sub! I am going to have seperate chambers but it will all be one big box just with a board in the middle!

For subs A8000T is a better option.
Ports that are 4" or lower, tend to create "wind" noise. I'd make it 6" instead.
If you're talking about 600w rms or lower, then 4" is good enough. My application involed 1000w+.
