A RE SX is a DVC 2 ohm sub which can be wired either 1ohm or 4ohms .
A SX = 1000wrms
A type 12" R = 500wrms
A Type 15" R = 750wrms .....btw

the RE SX would desimate the type r's! I am almost positive you can pay an extra $30 and have the VC's configured any way you want.

SX12 is way better. 1 SX12 will get louder than 1 12" type R anyday of the week. SX= 1000 RMS, Type R as stated = 500 RMS
