Car alarm system locked after changing car battery on Honda Accord

I changed my car battery on my Honda Accord recently. Since then, my stereo alarm system is locked on. I can't use the stereo. Now it says error -3 on the screen. I bought this car used. I have no owners manual. Help, please.
