What new sub to get?

He had an old RF sub in a box behind his seat on a 100Wx4 amp. what would be the ideal subwoofer for his amp? he wants something that has good punch to it, but also something that will give some great bass! also, could I have an explanation on how to hook up whatever sub you suggest? thanks for all the help guys!

armedforglory New member Username: Armedforglory FL U.S. Post Number: 7 Registered: Jan-05	Posted on Tuesday, October 11, 2005 - 00:36 GMT its a Jensen POS...lol its a jensen a4000, puts out 4x100 that is what is written on the side of the amp..i dont know whether its rms or peak...anyone know about old jensen amps? i'll research it, and try to find out.. also, never had this clearly explained to me, what is bridging? and how is that wired up? no, i dont serve in the military..its a church thing..
