nope.... sometimes when u install the amp and run it for sometimes... the amp wouldnt give you ne sound becaouse of safe mode.. it will turn on but no sound.. to do this u neeed to look at manual... it HAS to say about it.... or it should hae something on the amp itself in terms of options n how to use.. soo try that if not mention the model number of amp here n may be i can help further
