There both about equal IMO. I say which ever one you could snatch up for cheaper. Just from my experience though, I personally would lean toward the Orion, but thats just me.
In my opinion, this one comes down to the features of the amps and the subs you'll be using.
If you plan to use a ported box for your subs, be aware that the KX1200.1 has a Subsonic Filter that is locked at 25 Hz. It all depends on your subs and your tuning, but the SSF on the KX1200.1 just might limit your enclosure selections.
