anyone here have suggestions for the midrange area; I want good punch up front, so I am thinking fiberglass enclosures or kickpanels for lamens term...
What kind of midbass driver are you planning to use? If you want a sealed kickpanel, it's going to take a low Qts midwoofer, like the DLS Iridium and Morel Elate mids. Most others are optimized for infinite baffle.
You can, but it's going to want a larger sealed enclosure, around .5 cu ft or larger. Isn't really a small box midbass driver, as most others aren't. A typical sealed kick panel will give a fairly high peak around resonance.
