Ok this may sound stupid but I was just wondering, I have infinity door speakers and I was given a RF Component system, I don't want to use the speakers in the set because I feel my current speakers are better. I was wanting to know if there will be any problem if I use the RF tweeters that came with the set with my infinity speakers, will there be any problem ?

I'm not a big fan of infinity speakers, unless they're pefects. Even the kappa series speakers seem really flimsy and lightweight. You could try both of them out though, and see which ones sound better with the crossovers and the rockford tweeters.

be careful doing this since the crossovers used are made specifically for the speakers provided, and each speaker will have a different response, and quite possibly a different impedance when dealing with tweeters, too.

Ok Glass, I don't know what exactly to look for to see if this will be a problem. Could you tell me if this will be a problem ?
