Pioneer DEH- P3550MP Error 11

The problem is whenever i insert CD of Audio Cd or MP3 it gives an error 11, and hangs up there. Model # is Pioneer DEH-P3550MP Please help me to solve this issue ASAP . Thanks & regards, -Yoga
