Hi guys. Bought an XM commander which is directly connected to the AUX In jack on my Eclipse 8443. The XM audio signal is too 'hot' - causes distortion even with the XM output level set to 1. Had the same problem with a another XM commander and returned it for this one and having the same problem. An inline volume control solved the distortion problem but sonic imaging and stageing suffered badly. I've been thinking of some Rothwell Audio inline attenuators to solve the problem.

Any ideas???

Erik
