I am new here, and I was wondering if anyone could tell me how to setup a system to get the full power. 1 1200w mono amp powering 2 1200w subs. I want the subs to get the full 1200w each. As in 2400w total. Please help. I plan on using IDMAX subs and I am not sure what amp.

Are those subs 1200w RMS each?

If so, you'll need about 2400w RMS as Marshall suggested.

search usamps,zapco,soundstream
youll definatly need a h/o alternator
watts divided by volts = amps needed to acheive that power 180 amp alt might cut it 200 amp alt
put icing on the cake
