I have an '03 S-10 with Audax 5" mids in the doors and Vifa aluminum dome tweeters in the A-pillers. The imaging is good (still working on tweeter positioning) and the tweeters bring the mids up nicely, but if I roll my windows down all I can hear is the tweeters and sub, especially if there is a passenger (whose legs are in from of that mid). Where has everyone been installing their mids in trucks? Would kicpanels help?
