i wouldnt listen to him they are worth the money but if i was you i would check into lightning audio since you have that kinda money and get some s4.(10 or 12 or 15 depends on the size you want).vc2 they are only rated 500 rms which i think is about what the rockfords are but they can handle 2000 rms i have a friend that pushes those and with two 15's hes hitting 154.74 db and there is very little distortion. but also rememeber alot of the volume and sound quality comes from the box. but either of those two are good the 15 will hit a lil lower while the 10's will be alot clearer and crisper and will hit harder, but it also depends on the box and music.
