are all alternators the same size? hehe ... just wondering cuz my car is a lexus and i was just wondering if i can get any H/O and put it in ... thanks
a lot of cars use the same casings for different motors from the same company etc, like Denso makes a lot of them for GM and Mopar for example.. but you need the right casing, so it'll be a side mount, or top mount and all that so the brackets fit the alternator and the belt lines up right. short answer is yeah they're mostly different
