A: I have pops when i turn the car off. B: I have whine. C: I have pops when I turn on the lights/turn signals/change gears(automatic).
Now by troubleshooting, the only time it pops is when it's connected to my HU's preout, if I use a LOC then there is no pops when I use the turn signal or anything.
Do I need to ground the head unit? I thought the head unit grounded itself by just mounting it?
Start with the power wires. If that doesn't fix it, but some "nice" RCA wires too. If that fails... maybe they make RCA filters? I dunno. If that doesn't work, then forget it and live with it! LOL!
