Bronze Member Username: EddiebeltoePost Number: 36 Registered: Jul-05 | i wanted to know what would be a good amp to run them so they can slam |
Silver Member Username: Dominirica012Charlotte, North Carolina US Post Number: 655 Registered: May-05 | do you have any idea what the rms of those subs is? and what ohm configuration do they have? |
Bronze Member Username: Big_louPost Number: 63 Registered: Jul-05 | I have the same subs but in the 15" My model number is c15a I am guessing they are svc 4 or 8 ohm which means you will need a 2 channe that makes its power at 2 ohms bridged or 4 ohms bridged. My 15's are 500 rms so you need 1k for both.http://cgi.ebay.com/Rockford-Fosgate-Punch-800a2-Power-Amp_W0QQitemZ5797422508QQ categoryZ39737QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem Thats the amp im saving up for to run on my 15's, if your subs are 8 ohm svc then that would be an excellent amp to push them. |
Bronze Member Username: EddiebeltoePost Number: 37 Registered: Jul-05 | my subs r 4ohm but i have no clue on how to make a amp 2 ohm or 4 ohm |
