Post Number: 82 Registered: Jul-05 | Today a 'Rick Lussier' ask the very same ? on another post - here's what i said to him , only difference he asked about the Pioneers & u are asking about Premiers : but its the same 400rms each. Those Pioneer(now $55 each , was $66)i have & its very loud/good bang for the buck subs (Actually i own pair of the TSW306DVC model , dual 4ohms). Note though my ported box is currently tuned around 43hz but i intend to do it right & put a longer pvc pipe which will make it around 35hz as they rec .But i'm very satisfied what i got for the $ . If u are after SPL mainly Y not get 2 of the Premier TS-W3004SPL ONLY $125 each online 1,000 wrms (install in a ported box) & get 2 ED 9.1 1200 wrms amps $350 each . Total budget subs/amps = $950 , u can't get anything near that power/price range & we're talking about 'good enough brands' here .... |

Silver Member Username: Mike_anthesCanton, SD USA Post Number: 254 Registered: Aug-04 | and the rockford amp isn't 1000 watts max trust me...its rated at 1000rms @ 1 ohm...but it puts out much more than that...i used to have one pushin my old brahma 15" and it pounded the birthsheet said it put out closer to 1400 rms @ 1 ohm...although that was at 14.4 volts... |
