I have heard some good things about them. I can get a brand new 2400 for 350 dollars at a local retail store. Before I make the decision to purchase, I would like to get some more unbiased reviews and feedback regarding the quality and reliability of their product. You say they have a "good rep"...who do they have a good reputation with and how could one research their reputation??
i speak with a lot of comps and audiofiles. i have heard good stories and ill stories regarding optimas. but the kinetics have always pleased the owners of those with whom i associate. a lot of spl comp guys run them as well. very die hard (if ever) cells. and that's a great price by the way. i was quoted over 400.00.
