i have 2 Punch Z's 10" subs, and i am wondering if i bridge them (to a jbl BP300.1) will they be running at 2 Ohms? and if so are they stable running at this ohm load?

SUB FEATURES: model # RFZ3410
10" 4-ohm Component Subwoofer Polypropylene cone, foam surround, 50-150W RMS power range, 20-200 Hz frequency response
Power Handling: 400W (Peak), 150W (RMS) (4Ohms on the box)

speakers have a fixed impedance.
it's the amp you need to be concerned with regarding load. not the speakers.

So in other words i would not be hurting my subs if i run them at 2Ohms when the box recomend 4 ohms? Because it all depends on the amp.. (i hope i got this squared out now.)

if the box is labeled as 4 Ohms, that's the impedance it presents to the amp, so the amp will put out the amount of power it's rated for @ 4 Ohms
if the box has two 4 Ohm terminals (two 4 Ohm subs) you can wire both to a single mono amp in parallel for a 2 Ohm load.
then if the amp is 600 watts @ 2 Ohms, each sub will get 300W
