easier to use factory wire...installing good quality wire like stinger hpm wire, would offer a noticeable sound quality difference though...if you use a lower end speaker wire...it wouldn't be worth the trouble.

HOW HARD IS IT TO PUT NEW WIRES IN AN SUV FOR SPEAKERS IN THE FRONT DOORS AND IN THE BACK?
not hard but it takes time...being that you only have 4 speakers, i'm assuming you don't have a specific audio package...probably just wires run from headunit/cd player...you have to tap into the wires coming from the cd player or headunit. connect the + to one wire and the - to the other wire and run it to the speakers...its not hard once you get in there, especially if you have an aftermarket headunit...just takes some time.
