I was thinking on getting a pair of these speakers for my door and disconnecting the tweeters up on my dash cause one of them blew from the deck i just put in.... do u think if i do that this will sound just as good or better??
thats a bad idea.. the type r's are not very impressive this year.... and it wont sound as good or better.. get some 6 1/2 component speakers these will have the most accurate sound.. depends if your stock locations have this though and wether or not u feel like messing with ur vehicle to make them fit..
