Is it common to have an amp go bad if its hooked up properrly

I would say that it is not uncommon if you have an Sony/Pyle/Boss/Legacy/Pyramid kind of amp. Not uncommon at all.....

I've seen a lto of amps just "die" for no apparent reason.. most of them are questionable amps to begin with however, or are starved for current, or are miswired or get a short that overloads the amp and burns out the finals.

no my amp didnt im just wondering cause i can get an amp cheaper online. but i can spend more at a shop and get a warranty
