That Memphis sounds like every other amp. Nothing special on the spec part. However, do you know what the slew rate, damping factor, and bandwidth? Some amps have a damping factor of 50 @ 4ohms and gets much worse at lower ohms. Memphsis produces some if not most of their products overseas now. So if it's US made, then give it a try. If not, then invest on something else.
