Also, what about the orion 2500D, will that be a little bit too much for an l7? No the L7 is 2000 max, 1000 rms. |

You will be giving it a little too much power, but that is fine, just watch the gain. And yes, a 2500D would be WAY too much for an L7, it would be a little too much for 2 L7's! |

Gold Member Username: CarguyPost Number: 3565 Registered: Nov-04 | If you have HO alternator and plan on upgrading subs in the future, 2500D is a better choice. Just cause a amp is 2000w rms, it doesn't mean the subs will get full power as soon as it's on. The volume control will limit that. |
