Will a 16-18 guage speaker wire cause my amp to my subs to over heat? I know I need a to get a small guauge wire. This is just a question?? Amp over heated yesterday, its stable to 2ohm, have to memphis hooked in 2 ohm config. using 500rms memphis amp.
