i was gonna order that jl e1800D for two eclipses 500 rms each whats wrong with that amp how come people pick the jl1000/1 over the e1800D there the same watts is it overatted or something sean do you know.
different uses.. the slash series works better with the W7 subs due to their RIPS technology.. keeping teh same power at any load within spec.
differences are that the slash series have regulated power supplies and regulated outputs. the E series have unregulated power supplies, and output power varies based on load, like other amplifiers.. no regulated output.
