2001 chevy silverado owners question

i want to transfer my subs from my old truck to my soon to be new truck wich is a 01 silverado extended cab so the only place to put my subs is under the back seat i was wondering if anyone could tell me how high the back seats sit/ or how much room is under there

What size subs are they?
It's been a while sense I've looked at a 01, but my 98 1500 had about 9 inches... thats the max. I'd almost garantee its no more than 10... prob around 8.5/9

the only problem with that boxes is theat my subs are the kickers which are squares and they are 10 inch

Well, you could always downfire them, but it shouldn't be that hard to fit them. I'm running 2 10's, and just had to have a custom box built.

yo dude check this site out it had custom boxs and i think a few can be used with square kickers i think an option is that u can ge the holes cut out squared for like 15 dollars extra http://www.subthump.com/silverado.htm
