2 subs facing one way the other facing the back?

well i have 2 15 ported and i want two more i dont have a back seat now but still have a good 4 somthing feet of trunk if i put another box the same as the first one but firing into the back of the car will it sound rite? will the sub sound rite? or will they be out of phase? becouse the frist one not hiting any thing just firing rite into the cabin and the other will be hiting the back of the car?

cancellation is going to be your bigger issue

no room, i like the way the 2 15 ported firing into the cabin i just want to step it up with 2 more.

if you want to use all 4 and can't fit them firing the same way, consider going isobarik.

Isobarik, is when you have 2 subs facing each other or away from each other in the same box, but it allows you to make a smaller box than with one sub by itself.

One more thing, the speakers hve to be wired out of phase so you get like a push-pull type movement.

hows it sound? i have two 15 l5 kickers in a 4.5 box and i am runing for spl? and i need 2 more trying to rais the db not lose any.

isobarik enclosures sound very nice. I did quite a few in the past. did two 12" subs isobarik, vented, clamshell style in a good friend's accord and it sounded great.

after reading that page i will just try with all my mite to fit 4 15 ported facing the cab ... but thanks alot for ideas.

why do you need that many 15" subs?
"more is better"?

not always the case.

i have them and the stuff to run them and i dont feel like selling them i know i wont get my money back....so use them ..
