I ALSO HAVE 1000D'S (2) WHICH ARE POWERING (4) CROSSFIRE SUBS- THE AMPS ARE GREAT NO COMPLAINTS AT ALL THEY NEVER OVERHEAT IN S. FLA SUN UNDER CONSTANT TORTURE BY ME!! THE SUBS ON THE OTHER HAND ARE NOT THE SAME STORY HOWEVER. I HAVE BLOWN (7) IN TOTAL, REMEMBER I HAVE A 4 PACK, THEY HAVE BLOWN AT ALL DIFFERENT TIMES AND THE TUNAROUND TIME TO REPLACE THEM CAN BE WAY LONGER THAN REASONABLE, FOR MY MONEY , IN MY OPINION THE CROSSFIRE AMPS KICK A**, BUT I"LL STICK WITH JL AUDIO

on an unrelated topic u wouldn't happen to know the lowest impedance I can run an Orion 275G4 @ would you? I've heard that it is the same as the old 2100 HCCA but its just not a cheater amp. However the amp is said to be rated @150 X 2 @ 4 ohms, so isn't that technically a cheater amp as well?

thanks for any advice the bulletin board was not a big help!!
