Radio seems to work fine, there is a slight hiss in the background (if the volume is anything but 0) but I guess I can work that out later.
My problem is that when I switch to CD mode and put an MP3 CD in, no sound will come from the speakers! I can see the volume bar moving up and down, and it shows correct song artists and titles, but I don't hear anything. My speakers make a slight pop when going from radio to CD mode, and the hissing disappears, but then I hear absolute silence.
Am I missing something (the CD audio comes out the same wires, right?), or is my unit defective?
