i just installed a Sony CDX-45 and every time i turn it on it runs for a few moments then shuts itself down. Anybody know what might be wrong with it? and were can i find a manual on this CD changer?

Press the reset button.
There's a little sticker above the Unilink in that covers a hole, use a paperclip to press the switch within it.
