I have a Kenwood KDC-X979 eXcelon CD/MP3/WMA and it has only 1 rca cable going out to subs. There is another one for (center channel) but on my HIFONICS BX1500D there are 2 inputs. I know this is easy, but how the heck does this work.

I have 2 10" subs I'm running @1ohm. Thanks!!!

Would you need to do that on both ends? Or just on the amp?

its up to you which end you run it from just make sure you get the correct Y for the end you want it on.

If it is a mono you should have to only run one RCA's.Only time you run 2 to an amp is if its four channel or i has 1 output and 1 input.
