Hey, I posted a couple days ago about using one older alpine type E and one newer one; together in the same system. Some people say they should work but others say they will have problems. I just want to know from someone who is confident in their knowledge of Alpine, if the subs can go together and sound ok and if putting them together will cause any damage to parts of the system?
(again sorry for reposting same question)

yea I did that, but i have no clue about car audio, lol but i do know that the newer ones are 250W RMS and the older ones are 200w RMS. Will that difference cause problems?

you can run both woofers for now. there will be some phase cancellation but should still sound good until you buy another new sub.

i means your subs will be less loud than they could be in a nut shell
