Ok, I just got my an Alpine CDA-9847. I wanted to hook a Alpine KCA-121B so that i can hook my mp3 player up to it. First thing i would have to do is remove the headunit. I cant find anywhere on the internet that will show directions on how to remove my alpine. I can take off the face, then a plastic trim, and i see two little clips on hte right side, but I dont want to break them. And then I dont know exactly how to run a Alpine KCA-121B from the back, out to somehwere where i would be able to connect my mp3 player, hopefully there is room somehwere. Anyway, any help would be greatly apreciated. Thanks!
There should be clips on both sides that you have to push in using a flat-head screwdriver or possibly even your hands. Then you can slide it out of the metal sleeve.
