Need some Expert help and advice. This is my car system
Alpine HU CDA7949 Alpine Changer S634 MB quart Component PCE213 (Front) MB quart Coxial PKC 110 (Rear) MB quart CS216 woofer JL Audio 10W3v2 D4 Sub Audio Control EQL (2) Audio Control 4XS crossover A/D/S Power Plate 625 (6 channel) Precision Power Art Serie A600.2 (2 channel)
My HU CDA 7949 have 3 pair RCA output 4v (Front, Rear, Sub). However, I turn off the Sub and only use Front and Rear RCA. Front and Rear channel from HU are connected to 2 separate Audio Control EQL(s). then both output from EQL is connected to Audio control 4XS crossover. I connected Front High, Rear High and Rear Low respectively to 6 channel A/D/S power plate 625. And Sub is connected to Precision Power A600.2
Do I really need the woofer setup there ?? or anyone know the better setup for this. Please advice. Thanks
why would you not use that JL woofer? Based on your equiptment, it looks like you're going for a pretty nice sq setup. Are you worried about overpowering the mids and highs?
