New member Username: ZagrossPost Number: 1 Registered: Jun-05 | alright, i am getting an eagle talon, and i want a nice system in there, i looked around and got some stuff and need a few other things i wanted to know a few things: 1)I got this CD/MP3 Player on ebay: http://cgi.ebay.ca/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem%26%26item%3D5779503584&ssPageName=S TRK:MEWN:IT thats the only thing i know for sure, everything else i need help with, i really need help finding the right sub/amp combo. i searched and found this amp/sub combo. http://cgi.ebay.ca/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=18796%26item%3D5780644971% 26%26 and 2 of these subs http://www.futureshop.ca/catalog/proddetail.asp?logon=&langid=EN&sku_id=0665000F S10040092&catid=11052 alright so is this a good amp/sub match or do i need more amp power? or can i handle a more powerfull sub? also i was thinking of getting 1 10" sub, 600watts RMS @ 2ohm, is that a better idea than the 2 12" 300watts rms @ 4ohms? which will sound better? sorry for all the questions. |

Bronze Member Username: Prankstar008San Diego, CA USA Post Number: 14 Registered: Jun-05 | if the amp is true to its specs, which it probably isn't (and Im just saying that due to its brand name) then it is powerful enough for ur subs. Even if the amp is only putting out 200x2 RMS W..ur probably still gonna be ok, just dont play your music to the point where its distorted, or you'll blow ur subs. Although those 1230w's are rather difficult to blow. |
