Is this too much

The MTX 801D amp had I think has three 25 amp fuse. So at max it will draw 75 amps from the alternator. 75 amps x 14.5 volts = 1087 watts at 100%. Class D amps are 75% so you get 815 RMS watts. This will only leave you 23 amps to run the car.
